Cancellation Policy
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space in our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call our practice as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 48 hours’ (2 business days) notice. In the event that we do not hear from you by that time, your appointment will be cancelled, and a cancellation fee will apply.
For booked procedures, please ensure that you give us 5 business days’ notice if you would like to reschedule.
